Please note: By commissioning me you have agreed that you have read my tos and have agreed to the terms below.

• Design Tos

Payment:
✦ Paypal Only in USD!✦ I must receive Payment before starting on any commission✦ NO refunds. Once the piece is started I will be working on it until it is complete. If I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason I will return the amount to you based on how much I got done. (So if I wasn't able to start, you would receive a full refund. Variations apply based on pricing and amount of work needed to be done)✦ Any Commissions exceeding $100 you can request to pay half. Once I receive that first half payment I will begin working and stop at linework. In order for me to continue I must receive the other half.✦ You MAY NOT use parts of my artwork and give to another artist to finish or work on top of. Ex. Commissioning a sketch from me to be finished by another artist. (Collabs are only to have the artists who have agreed to work on your commission work on your piece, no one else. Their TOS applies as well.)✦ Cost will exceed starting price if character/s are deemed complex to draw and therefore will require a complexity fee. If unsure if your character counts as such, ask!✦ If you are commissioning a gift for someone or using someone else's character I need their explicit consent from them for this gift. I will NOT continue the commission if I do not have the owner's characters consent. Characters from shows and fandoms are excluded.✦ I accept Commercial Commissions which means anything that will be profited off of (Album Covers, Book Covers, Graphics on Clothing, Prints, etc). Further Discussions of the piece and the pricing will be held through email at [email protected]✦✦I have the right at any time to decline or cancel a commission. A Refund will be provided based on how far along I was on the commission (Ex. Finished up to lineart : 50% refund).✦✦General:✦ I have the right to use the commissioned piece for posting, portfolios, ads, etc. You may NOT use personal pieces for commercial use.✦ I currently work through socials on this cardd, you may return to the cardd to see all of them.✦ Wherever you post my work I MUST be credited and my watermark MUST be shown. You may post your commission on any social media and any gallery with credit. All my work will have a hidden or small visible watermark compared to the larger one I normally post with.✦ You may print out your personal commission on anything so long as it's for personal use + gifting means (Anything except for profit of any kind whether its financial, social status, etc).✦ You may use it as wallpaper on devices, print them out, post on your socials (With credit and watermark showing!), use as Pfp, print on any physical item as personal use ex. shirts, mugs, etc.✦ Timeframe is generally between 1 week -> 3 months unless specified. If there are any delays, I will inform you.✦ Halfbody pieces cut at the waist or mid thigh, anything below this is fullbody.✦ My art may not be used for AI, nor will I use AI in my work because AI cannot be copyrighted meaning it cannot be legally owned. If you are caught using my art for AI, you will be blacklisted and blocked!✦ Clients are not allowed to modify, work atop of, or edit received commissions (Bases do not apply!). I personally do not consider resizing and image compression or converting png to jpg as editing or modifying.✦ Any questions or concerns? Need to contact me? You may also poke me on my other social medias for a response however there are some I'm not super active on so these stated methods are sure ways of getting to me!The Work Process:
✦ You can't change what you want for the commission once we have finalized the information and I've begun work. (Examples: commission idea, poses, references...) I am happy to wait for an added reference / mood board, but once I have begun line art or coloring I will no longer accept further refs.✦ I will ALWAYS send a sketch when I start your commission, If I haven't sent any sketch it means I haven't start it yet.✦ I require references. Please send refs of your character / characters you want art of, and anything else that applies to the commission (This term might not apply if you are commissioning me for a custom character.)✦ You may ask for 3 free major changes, any further changes will add a charge to the commission. (If I forgot something off of your character, this does not count towards your free changes)✦ You may ask for a WIP (Work in progress) update at any time, but please do not spam. I will give WIP's during each completed stage (and when asked I will send screenshots of my current progress). Some days the art piece may be at the same stage as last WIP update. Doesn't mean you're piece isn't going to be worked on, it just means I'm busy with other things at that time.✦ My progress and Queue will be shown on my Trello along with announcements for those who have bought a commission or are looking to get one! Please refer to this whenever possible!✦ My Terms of Service are subject to change so please refer to the update date to make sure you're up to date on them! If you have bought a commission you agree to my TOS.

• Failure to abide by these terms will result in avoiding working with you in the future.

Extras

+$15 to price for a background (Scenes do not apply, they come with a background already)

+80% added of total price per added character.

Complexity fee between $5-$15 (Ask if this applies to you if you're unsure!)

ETA

All Commissions (except Rendered Scenes) will take between 1 week to 3 months to complete!

Rendered Scenes take between 3 months to 5 months to complete!

Payment:
✦ Everything is priced in USD✦ You CANNOT change my designs completely. Edits, additions, simple reworks are acceptable however the original design should remain recognizable✦ Own the design for at least a month before trading or selling it to someone else.✦ You CANNOT sell any of my designs for more than you bought them with UNLESS additional commissioned or personal art has been added.✦ DO NOT trade away any of my designs that you obtained as a raffle prize or gift WITHOUT my explicit permission!✦ Credit me as the Original Designer✦ When selling or trading my designs, please send the receiver this tos link. It applies to them as well✦ Please don't hide my characters or blacklist me if you own any characters made by me, especially on Toyhouse. I wanna see where all my babies go ;^;✦ Upon no circumstances can my designs be used for hate of any kind
