Payment:
✦ PayPal invoices only. I CANNOT use a Paypal link to send an invoice. So please provide your Paypal user/email!✦ Commission will not be official until payment is received in full.
NO refunds. Once the piece is started I will be working on it until it is complete. If I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason I will return the amount to you based on how much I got done. (So if I wasn't able to start, you would receive a full refund. Variations apply based on pricing and amount of work needed to be done)✦ Any Commissions exceeding $100 you can request to pay half. Once I receive that first half payment I will begin working and stop at linework. In order for me to continue I must receive the other half. For animations we may discuss a payment plan of up to four installments. Each installment would be a part of the animation. (first 25% of payment I will do the animatic/sketching and timing of animation. 50% would start the rough to clean animation. 75% Clean lines, you get the deal).✦ You CANNOT use parts of my artwork and give to another artist to finish or work on top of. (Collabs are only to have the artists who have agreed to work on your commission work on your piece, no one else. Their TOS applies as well.)✦ Price will exceed starting price if character/s are deemed complex to draw. Complexity include wings, robotics, patterns, etc.
Additional characters cost +%100 (Double) of the base price.✦ Big Pieces can be split in half if multiple people are commissioning it. You must send me yours and their PayPal information if this is the case. You may also use their half and use the single Paypal however I am not liable if the second commissioner who sent you money to pay for the commission either does not compensate their half to you, OR pulls out after the piece has been started or finished. Proof must be provided that the other commissioner has pulled out if you wish to commission me again, or you both will be blacklisted.✦ If you are commissioning a gift for someone or using someone else's character I need their explicit consent for this gift. I will NOT continue the commission if I do not have the owner's characters consent. Characters from shows and fandoms are excluded.✦ I accept Commercial Commissions which means anything that will be profited off of (Album Covers, Book Covers, Graphics on Clothing, Prints, etc). Further Discussions of the piece and the pricing will be held through email at [email protected]General:✦ I have the right to use the commissioned piece for posting, portfolios, ads, etc. You may NOT use personal pieces for commercial use.✦ I currently work through socials on this cardd, you may return to the cardd to see all of them.✦ Wherever you post my work I MUST be credited and my watermark MUST be shown. You may post your commission on any social media and any gallery with credit.✦ You may print out your personal commission on anything so long as it's for personal use + gifting means (Anything except for profit of any kind whether its financial, social status, etc).✦ You will receive the piece within 1-3 months. If there is any delay I will inform you.✦ Halfbody pieces cut at the waist, anything below is fullbody.✦ My art may not be used for AI, nor will I use AI in my work because AI cannot be copyrighted meaning it cannot be legally owned. If you are caught using my art for AI, you will be blacklisted and blocked!✦ Clients are not allowed to modify and edit received commissions art. You may ask me to edit but it must be small. (Sizing of piece, png to jpg, small lighting edits, adding text, a bit of liquifying art piece to suit tastes etc.) I do not consider resizing and compression or converting png to jpg as editing or modifying so you are allowed to do so. You can ask me when the commission is finished or during our communication. (Just don't ask me months after it's done please, ask when you receive the piece).✦ Any questions or concerns? ✦ You can't change the info of your form once we have finalized the information and I've begun work. Examples: commission idea, poses, references...✦ I will ALWAYS send a sketch when I start your commission, If I haven't sent any sketch it means I haven't start it yet.✦ I require references for characters (Excluding character sheets as I'm creating your character from your words and any minor references you want to share)✦ You may ask for 2 changes in the sketching phase, any further changes may be charged based on their complexity. If you requested for a second sketch turns out you liked the previous one better, you can choose for that one to be completed.✦You may ask for a WIP (Work in progress) update at any time, but please do not spam. I will give WIP's during each completed stage (and when asked I will send screenshots of my current progress). Some days the art piece may be at the same stage as last WIP update. Doesn't mean you're piece isn't going to be worked on, it just means I'm busy with other things at that time.I WILL DRAW:
